Manglam Summit is a commercial project by Manglam Group in Civil Lines, Jaipur. Designs & Words created a 50-second AI-generated walkthrough film for it, bringing the project’s scale, design and powerful presence to life through cinematic visual storytelling. Instead of listing amenities like a brochure, the film tells a commercial address as a pride, not a floor plan.
Most real estate walkthroughs read like a floor plan in motion. This one refuses to. Manglam Summit’s brand world is built on a lion identity, so the film treats every space as territory and casts the tenant as the predator at the head of the table. Each amenity gets a name that belongs to that world, turning a tour of features into a statement of power and status.
On-screen typography carries the structure of the film, titling each space as it appears. The camera moves in long, unbroken pushes, so the building reads as one continuous, commanding presence rather than a set of separate rooms.
The walkthrough was generated entirely with AI and finished by human filmmakers. Keyframes were built in Nano Banana, and motion was generated in Kling and Seedance. Edit, typography and original sound mix were done by the Designs & Words team. The film visualises spaces beyond the blueprint, without a physical shoot or a completed building.
