Manglam Group — Scroll-Story Website

Manglam Group (Manglam BDL) is a Jaipur developer with thirty years of projects across residential, commercial, medical, hospitality and entertainment. Designs & Words designed a scroll-driven storytelling website that presents this entire portfolio as one emotional story. Instead of a directory of projects, the site shows what each part of the group builds for people’s lives, under a single purpose: to give you the life you dream of.

A group with apartments, offices, a mall, a hospital, a luxury resort and an amusement park is hard to explain on one website. Most developer sites solve this with menus and project grids, which make a thirty-year group feel like a catalogue. Manglam needed a site that made the breadth of the group feel like one clear brand with one reason to exist.

The website opens as a story, not a sales page. As the visitor scrolls, lines unfold one at a time: for life, at its fullest; for the life you are building; for the ones you are building it for; for thirty years, building with the purpose to give you the life you dream of. Each business vertical then opens with the human moment it serves rather than its category name.

The site is built as a continuous scroll experience. Short lines of copy reveal as the visitor moves down the page, so the story is read at the visitor’s own pace, like turning the pages of a film. Each project card keeps only what matters — location, name, a one-line description and a link to the full project page — so the story never slows down.
